We had a wonderful stay at this hotel located in the heart of the old town. The hotel is immaculately clean, has excellent facilities, and a delicious breakfast. We were greeted with exceptional service from the staff who ensured that we always had everything we needed, including transportation and parking. We especially enjoyed the location of this hotel, just near the wall where we could take in a panoramic view of the city. a superb experience that we highly recommend.
For us, everything was ideal during our stay at this hotel.

A beautiful traditional (riad) house in the quiet end of the madina (walled old town centre) managed by a wonderful team of friendly and helpful Moroccans, La Bague de Kenza is the right choice if you want to be surrounded by traditional Fezie culture and yet be away from the noise and chaos of the medina. wide options from a dormitory to a honeymoon suite, the riad offers the calm one needs after walking about all day in the hustle and bustle of the medina streets. do not miss the view from the terrace!

After you get over the shock of stepping into the Fes Medina this Riad is something special. The staff are great it is clean and comfortable and oh so traditionally Moroccan. Make sure you phone so the staff can meet you at the gate Bab el Guissa, when you arrive because you will have little chance of finding it by yourself. However you will quickly get yourself oriented and after that it is really quite easy.

I recently stayed in a charming riad in the heart of the Medina. the design and decor of the place were stunning with beautiful tiles and exotic plants. What I enjoyed the most was the warm hospitality of the staff. They were always welcoming and went out of their way to make sure I had a comfortable stay. I really appreciated the lovely breakfast spread that included delicious local specialties.
the riad was located in a noisy area with a lot of traffic and street vendors.

The location was excellent.
The staff was only nice when they were trying to sell you something. They asked us how late we wanted breakfast and how late we wanted our guide the next day. We agreed on breakfast at 8 and a guide at 9. The staff was still asleep at 8.15 and we got our brakfast as late as 8.45 so we had to stuff our breakfast. This was just one of many things. We didnt feel welcome at the Riad and the room was extremely small and the aircon was leaking water by the buckets. Wouldnt return.

The hotel offered a very local experience and was located in an authentic area. The staff were helpful, offering a walking tour and showing us around when we were unsure of how to navigate the city. The rooftop terrace was a great place to hang out and offered an amazing view of the surroundings.
It was quite difficult to find and the bathroom was small and moldy. the breakfast utensils were rusty.

The Riad is new and the staff here are friendly. The price of the Riad is also reasonable. The location is easy to find also. If you get lost, look for Bab Guissa, then you can find the way to the Riad. The gal receptionist is very friendly, helpful and able to communicate in English. If you need any local information, pls only refer to the gal as she is very honest and will tell you the truth.

As a client who spent 4 days in this RIAD, i was really impressed of the way that the personnel understand the cultures of different tourists, trying to be flexible and helpful. The way we were served and welcomed inside the RIAD and the city were also something very manifested that should be taken into consideration.

This is the perfect place to discover Fez ! Close to every main touristic attraction, in the heart of the medina, Driss and his team will welcome you with all the sweetness of the Moroccan hospitality. Very discret but totally efficient, they will make your stay pleasant and colorfull. The riad is wonderfully rebuild with wooden paintings and typical handcraft, very clean. You'll appreciate this oasis after a tour in the city and will enjoy like us the magnificient vue from the terrace. Highly recommended to all those who want to experiment the true riad life style.

Nice small hottel inside Medina. About 5 min walking from main street. The breakfast is super at the roof and view on the city. It is possible to ask to prepare dinner in the hotel and it is not expencive. I recommend!!!
First time it is hard to find the hottel inside medina but it takes 1 day to remember location. The parking is outside medina and costs 20dh per night. The room are small, it would improve if to pul a little table in it. There were few problems with shower drain.

Excellent service, friendly staff, great terrace
Good hotel location if you want to stay in medina. Big disadvantage is messy way to get to hotel and cheaky guys helping you from parking!! Always call the hotel reception before you set off - they will wait for you at the medina gate.
